This past week, I spent a significant portion of my time on THE ROAD AHEAD. My editor, Chantel, agreed to read through the manuscript one more time to catch any errors. My graphic designer, Sarah, provided me with her first cover proof. I also wrote an acknowledgement and a bio and synopsis for the back cover. I’m getting closer and closer to the final product. I haven’t given up trying to get published. I sent out two more query letters and received another rejection this week.

I also spent several days at my brother’s cottage this week where he had organized a writers’ retreat. It was an opportunity to share written work, ideas and experiences. Thank you, Irv, for your hospitality. Chapter 6 of LOVE MARS, HATED THE FOOD is nearly complete.
